Dr. Pierre A. Dorsainvil is an internist in Delray Beach, Florida and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital East & West and Delray Medical Center. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Miguel A. Aponte, MD, CIME, MHA, is a Board-Certified medical professional with extensive expertise in primary care, emergency medicine, and clinical research. He holds an MD from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. Since 2021, Dr. Aponte has served as a Principal Investigator at 3SYNC, focusing on treatments for COVID-19, RSV, COPD, and metabolic diseases. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes through research and innovation.
Rafael Nunez, MD

Dr. Rafael Nunez is the Medical Director of Soma Medical Center, P.A., and a Principal Investigator partnered with 3SYNC. A graduate of the National University of Colombia, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at New York Medical College. Dr. Nunez has practiced in Colombia and the U.S. and has over 20 years of research experience in Urology, Women’s Health, Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, Dermatology, Pediatrics, and Pain Management.
