This initial partnership allows you to introduce research to your practice while enhancing patient access to studies. 3SYNC ensures our clinical research doesn’t interfere with the established healthcare relationship you have with your patients. Once agreed, our Regulatory team will provide study details, including the research aim, protocol, and patient criteria. We’ll also help identify eligible patients and outline study expectations, timelines, and patient benefits such as increased health screenings and care options.

You’ll gain valuable research experience as a Sub-Investigator under the guidance of a Principal Investigator. 3SYNC provides comprehensive training on research ethics, study conduct, and compliance with federal regulations, ensuring you are well-prepared. Your involvement will gradually increase as you become more familiar with the research processes, and studies are matched to your area of expertise and patient population.
You’ll work hands-on in trials, contribute to patient care, and grow your skills in a supportive environment. As you gain experience, your role will expand, helping you establish a strong foundation for future research opportunities.
As your research experience grows, our team supports your transition to the role of Principal Investigator. We submit your credentials to Sponsors and CROs, expanding your opportunities for lead roles in clinical trials. As a Principal Investigator, you’ll take primary responsibility for the study’s conduct, patient safety, and data integrity. Your role will involve more substantial time commitments, with increased compensation reflecting your leadership and expertise.
Throughout the process, 3SYNC will provide comprehensive regulatory, clinical, and logistical support to ensure your success and continued growth as a leading investigator in clinical research.
